Photos
The studio opens your photo inside your browser and makes every file there. The photo is never sent to this site's server, so it is never stored, shared, looked at or used for anything else. When you close the tab, it is gone from the studio. The studio page loads nothing from other sites: no ad and no outside script runs where your photo is opened.
Kit Desks
If you start a Kit Desk, the server stores its name and its Brand Kits: colours, ring settings, which sizes you ticked, how each size is framed (zoom and position numbers) and the headshot line positions. No photo, no email address, no name of yours unless you type one into a kit or desk name.
The desk link is the only key. The server keeps a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256) of it, so a lost link cannot be found again. Anyone you give the link to can open and change the desk. The full link does appear in the web server's access logs for as long as the host keeps them. A desk not opened for 400 days is deleted with its kits.
Cookies and counters
Pages with a form set one security cookie that stops other sites from submitting forms in your name. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics services; the only outside service any page loads is the ad described under Advertising, which also counts one page view per page as a daily total. To slow down abuse, the server counts requests per day under a salted fingerprint of your network address; those counts are deleted after two days.
Advertising
The home page, the size guide, pricing and about show one banner ad from AdEngine (adengine.us), the small ad network run by WeldonPC, the company behind this site. For now the ads are for WeldonPC's own services. The studio, Kit Desk pages, this page and the terms show no ad, so the ad never sees your photo or your kits.
To show an ad, your browser loads a script from adengine.us, asks it for one banner, loads the banner image, and reports once that the page was viewed and once that the banner was shown. Like any website, adengine.us receives your network address, your browser type and the address of this site with those requests.
- No cookies, no profile. AdEngine sets no cookies, gives you no ID and does not track you from site to site.
- How your network address is used. adengine.us looks up the approximate city for your address in a location database kept on its own server (nothing is sent to anyone else), so that ads meant for one area are shown only there. It also uses the address to count each ad view or click only once and to leave out robots and WeldonPC's own office traffic. The address is not stored with the counts; the temporary entries made from it expire within six hours and are cleared from the server within two days.
- What is kept. Daily totals only: page views for this site, and views and clicks for each ad. The adengine.us web server also keeps a standard access log (network address, time, address requested, referring site, browser) for security; it is deleted on a rolling schedule.
- Clicking an ad passes through adengine.us, which counts the click, and then opens the advertiser's site, which has its own privacy policy.
- Nothing about you is sold or shared.

Checkout is not switched on yet. When it is, payments will be taken by PayPal, and DigiPrimp will never see card numbers.
